This course covers strategies to address employees who display problematic behaviors. These
include active and empathetic listening/observing; clear and timely behavioral feedback;
consistency in messaging and expectations; setting consequences.
The overriding theme is supervisory professionalism while consistently mentoring and
communicating with employees to avoid difficulties within the team.
Complies with DODD requirements for Director of Operations and Licensed Home
Administrator mandatory training and is appropriate for Agency CEOs, Program Directors, Front
Line Supervisors, SSA managers, and other Team Leaders.
